About Me

I currently live in Spanish Fork, although I have lived in quite a few places.  I was born in Heidelberg, Germany and with my military family traveled to many different and exciting places. My family finally settled in Florida where I graduated from high school.
I graduated from BYU and began teaching in the Nebo School District at Spanish Fork Middle School.  After 6 years, I left to teach in Germany.  While in Germany I met my first husband and quit teaching for a while to travel and raise our 2 children. My daughter  graduated from BYU and recently moved to Austin, Texas and my son recently graduated from Utah Valley University.  I taught in South Dakota and Arizona before returning to Utah.
I came back to the Nebo School District in 2007 and began teaching at Park View Elementary School in Payson, Utah. I transferred to Spanish Fork Junior High during the 2012-2013 school year and I am very excited to be teaching Social Studies.
Besides my 2 children, I have 2 dogs that I just love.  My Chihuahua/Terrier mix, Zuko, and my Border Collie/Heeler mix, Cooper, are great fun to have around.
I enjoy reading, cooking, baking and decorating cakes, and spending time with my family.
